Rooms have been reserved at the conference venue, Washington Hilton, for the duration of the event.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Book early to secure the special conference rate, available through March 19, 2026.

Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and may not qualify for the discounted rate. Use the hotel reservation link provided to secure your stay.

A copy of your valid student ID must be sent to dsteinbach@cugh.org in order to receive the special hotel reservation link for the student rate. Availability cannot be guaranteed!
