The Pre-Conference is scheduled for Thursday, April, 9, 2026, the day before the main conference, and will feature a series of workshops that are free and open to the public.

These Pre-Conference Workshops are interactive, in-person, half- or full-day sessions designed to provide a platform to explore key topics, build skills, and promote collaboration and action planning around urgent issues in global health. All organizations are invited to apply to host a workshop.

Workshop Length Options:

• Half Day: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM  or 1:00 PM–4:00 PM

• Full Day: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Room Rental Fees:

• Half day: $5,000

• Full day: $10,000
